About Me
Hey, there!
My name is Amanda
Welcome to Mom Wife and Everyday Life
I am here to share my love for parenting. My desire to share tips, tricks and everything I’ve learned as a parent is my inspiration for starting this blog.
I want to give this advice to all of my friends, but when people don’t ask for advice sometimes it’s unwelcome or overwhelming.
By creating this blog I put my information out there for those who desire and search to hear it. It’s a win-win!
How it all started?
I’m a thirty-something mom to two little girls. I currently work privately as a nanny and am thankful to have the ability to take my youngest daughter to work with me. I am so thankful to get to spend this special time with her. This first year of her life has been amazing.
My goal is to help other moms with what I have learned throughout my life around children. During my childhood I grew up around my mom’s in-home daycare, after graduating college with an accounting degree I chose to work as a private nanny, and now I have my own family with my husband and our two beautiful daughters.
I have watched many different parenting styles and philosophies over the years, as well as applied my own.
My passion is giving advice and helping moms with questions. My content is for those who are looking for help. This is an alternative to me oversharing with those in my personal life. I can put the information out there and those who want it can find it. It is the perfect system.
You do not have to agree with or take all of my advice. It is important to always do what works best for your unique family.
My opinions are my own. I am not a doctor, nutritionist, or expert in childhood development.
I am just a mom trying to help other moms navigate parenthood. It is a journey and challenge almost daily.
Again welcome to the blog!
Take a look through!
I am sure you can find something that hits just what you were looking for. And if not message me with something you would enjoy learning about. My point of view or parenting style likely will not match your 100%, but that’s ok. Take your bits and pieces and apply them to your own life.
Enjoy!
